Your business will have it's own page within the App. Here, customers can clearly see your name, full contact details and where you are on the map, they will also be able to get directions to you from their location. Users can also contact you instantly via the links in the App too (Phone, email and linked website).
Users of the App will be able to search for businesses categorically, via location, or by simply browsing the database, this will boost your exposure to new custom within your community. You will have the choice of featuring in up to 3 categories. Users can rate and review your App after experiencing your services. Also, they will be able to share your business page with their friends via social media directly from the App.
As a MyTown client, you have exclusive access to optional resources that will help boost your local business:

• Appearing as a "Featured" store- Choose this option to have your business on the front face of the App as soon as the user opens it.
•Photos and detailed descriptions- As well as contact details, you can upload up to 5 photos and 3 paragraphs of information for your business page. Additionally, thanks to our efficient team, you will be able to submit requests to edit any particular information when you like, keeping your page relevant and current.
What exactly is Push Notification technology? In it's simplest form, it is a message that can be sent to all the mobile devices that have the App installed, the user doesn't even have to have the App open. They're similarly formatted like an SMS message or alert. Okay, so now you know what they are, but what you want to know is, what they can do for you...
We are delighted to be able to offer this feature, this will be completely FREE to anybody who has the App, including business owners too!
This feature allows the user to submit any event up and coming within the town whenever they like, as approved by our MyTown team. They can upload full details (Name, nature, event holder, pricing/ticketing), photos supporting the event and when/where it is.
Events will appear on the home screen of the App, and there is a dedicated tab to view all events happening in the area.
